Save the date: Webinar on foxtail millet & cover crops, 3/20/25

Our next Millets Webinar (on Zoom) will focus on foxtail millet and cover crops. It will feature Dr. Allen WIlliams of Understanding Ag and Mr. Zachary Louk of Green Cover. Date: Thursday 20 March 2025. Time: 11 am EDT / 8 am PDT. Foxtail millet is the second or third most cultivated millet in the world (depending on whether you count sorghum). An important food crop in parts of Asia and historically in parts of Europe, it has tended to be used for forage and as a cover crop in North America.
