ZACHARY LOUK
For over eight years, Zachary Louk has been at the forefront of cover crops and soil health,
blending hands-on farming experience with large-scale producer support across the country. As
a senior sales representative and seed purchasing lead at Green Cover, he plays a critical role
in selecting top-tier varieties, analyzing genetic traits, and overseeing seed
production—ensuring farmers have the best tools for success.
Beyond the office, Zachary is deeply rooted in the land. On his Southeast Kansas farm, he runs
a diverse row crop, forage, and livestock operation, integrating both warm- and cool-season
species in innovative ways. Through test plots and firsthand trials, he continuously refines his
understanding of plant resilience, soil biology, and sustainable farming practices.
