Regarding the potential to invest in a food-grade cleaning facility, I'm wondering how good our larger-picture information is on such facilities, and gaps in the system where potential growers don't have good options to process millets and oher alternative field crops such as quinoa. I am looking for a GFSI-accredited facility to clean quinoa. Similar equipment to Millet. Seems like there’s plenty of facilities that are farm-grade cleaning but no one doing ingredient grade cleaning that I can get a hold of.
I am interested in investing in a plant if there’s none available. Would need to be in the West Coast so we can service growers from Colorado all the way to Oregon/WA
