The next Millets Webinar, on Wed. 21 June, has as its theme, "Tasty grains: What millets bring to the table." Whereas the May webinar focused on processing of millets "from harvest to food," the upcoming one highlights culinary aspects, "from kitchen to table." We are fortunate to have as presenters, Chef Nazim Khan and Chef Pierre Thiam, each of whom brings considerable experience to the subject.
