Small Millets Recipe Competition for students (deadline 16 Aug. 2023)

I'm passing on this information about a recipe contest for students in grades 6-12 (in two age groupings), that was kindly forwarded to me by Dr. Sarita Srivasta. The competition is being run by the Suvernada Foundation of Uttarakhand, India. Recipes should include a small millet, with the list of those being: proso millet, finger millet, barnyard millet, foxtail millet, kodo millet, and little millet. A poster for the competition is attached as a PDF. The competition is open to students from around the world, and I understand that the registration fee is being waived for entries from outside of India.
