Thanks, Robin. Millets are indeed versatile! And grain art is apparently a thing, so millets have their place there too.
I wonder if one could do something like what Ms. Sorenson does only with a full range of varieties of all millets (undyed / unpainted)? The color spectrum would be limited to whites, grays, yellows, browns, reds, and blacks, but within that range, a lot of variation. Plus some size variation.
We're coming up to harvest season in the northern hemisphere when it's common to see dried stalks of corn etc. made into displays. Any examples incorporating millets?
