The concept is a good one, as it targets a central issue in promoting these small but important grains: Why should we want to eat them (aside from their being "good for us")? How are they prepared, and in what forms are they eaten? In concurrence with Nate, we expect that there will be other efforts in North America to spotlight the culinary aspects of sorghum, proso millet, teff, and the amazing range of other millets, and look forward to communicating about those.
