He’ll present on integrating millets into our food systems, with focus on fonio - Chef Nazim Khan, award-winning professional executive chef, currently executive chef at Bryan Health, in Lincoln, NE, will be centering his presentation around uses of sorghum This and the previous Webinar in May on processing, have some overlap, but whereas the emphasis of that one was "harvest to food," this one is more "kitchen to table." Sorghum, by coincidence, is our "millet-of-the-month" in June, and fonio was the MotM last month.
