I filled out some info for the second one, in 2026. I don't see on Dr. Boyacioglu's calendar or elsewhere, any mention of conferences on other millets.

The conference (the 4th in a series) is sponsored by Sorghum ID (Sorghum – International Development, an association of sorghum stakeholders working to establish an "inter-branch organization for sorghum" in Europe. It was founded in 2017.

The conference did not figure prominently on the Sorghum ID website as far as I could see, and I did not see links to register for it.
