As we close out the month of May, here's one more post on finger millet, our millet-of-tjhe-month, here's an article about finger millet flour. Entitled "10 Finger Millet Powders!", and written by Trinity Sparke, it appeared earlier this month on the website of the New York based organization, One Green Planet.

This compiled list is notable for two reasons. First, it is a rare attempt to disambiguate what for many is a new food, marketed by unfamiliar companies. Second, since one of the 10 items listed is actually proso millet flour (#5, from Bob's Red Mill), this is another example of how challenging writing about millets can be for non-specialists.
