The next in the NAMA/University of Missouri Millets Webinar Series is this Wednesday, May 17 (5 pm EDT). It will shed light on the processing of millets, "From harvest to food." We will be hearing from representatives of two companies, in a variation on our format, permitting an in-depth treatment:
