2) Our 9th Millets Webinar, on Wed. 20 Sept. at 5 pm EDT, will be on beverages made with millets. There is a lot in this space, from the traditional to the higher tech, so we decided early on to treat millet beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) in a webinar separate from the ones on cooking and on packaged (dry) products. More details forthcoming!

3) Here FYI are the 10th thru 12th Millets Webinars, all on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 5 pm Eastern time
